What do we want? Hot dogs! How do we want them? In charcuterie form! I came across this dinner idea on Pinterest and had to give it a try. I had so much fun putting together this hot dog charcuterie board. It was surprisingly easy to assemble, and is perfect for casual dinners. Great for Super Bowl snacking too! I started off by placing bowls on this 24″ board as anchors. From there, I added all the chips, dips, and fruit. To ensure the hot dogs (or veggie dogs, or brats) are warm when serving, assemble the board completely, and then cook up the hot dogs and serve immediately.
